Wow! Toronto Comic Arts Festival and MoCCA were utterly delightful! But now we’re back hard at work on the Tiny Kitten Teeth hardcover book that is available for pre-order via Kickstarter right now. We have a couple of new goals, one is to get to 20k so we can have a three piece canvas/cloth-feel to the cover, the next is to get to 23k so we can add a nice ribbon bookmark! We’ve been absolutely taken aback by the amazing support we’ve received, thanks again for pledging!

A commission slot via the Kickstarter also recently freed up, so if you want to get a piece of original art, now is likely the time to get it!

- The Kickstarter for the collected Tiny Kitten Teeth Hardcover Book is going great! Thanks for all your support! We are over three quarters of our way to our goal! If you want to get in before pre-orders close, please pledge!

- We’re at TCAF this Saturday and Sunday in Toronto! We will be at booth 219 on the second floor! We also have a panel on crowdfunding on Sunday in Learning Center 1 at 1:15-2:45pm. It will be almost all of our B9 alumni as well as Scott C (Double Fine) and Raighne Hogan (Little Heart Anthology).

- The official Adventure Time gallery show launched on Friday in Austin. We were just down there making murals of Finn & Jake, Fionna & Cake and Lady Rainicorn! There are a bunch of photos over at Screen Crush and Nerdlocker.

- MoCCA Festival in NYC was really fun! Thanks to everyone who came out. The response over the new B9 art books was awesome and we were really pleased!

- According to our travel schedule, I am not allowed to be at my house for more than a day anymore!

We’re using Kickstarter to make a Tiny Kitten Teeth hardcover book! They are available for pre-order now! And we’re going to be at MoCCA this weekend!

We’re incredibly excited, as we have been wanting to do a real book since we started doing the comic! It took us a pretty long time as we wanted to make sure everything with the book will be perfect. It will be closer to the size of a French comics album than a regular comic book, which will be the biggest reproductions of the painted pages that we’ve ever done and are the closest thing to seeing a page in person. The book features a canvas feel hardcover with a silkscreened spine. Clocking in at over 110 pages, it will cover Chapter Zero through Chapter Two.

We’re re-scanning and re-lettering the first half of the book to better display the art, as well as adding a few pieces of new material to bridge gaps in the story. You can pre-order your book on Kickstarter right now!

This weekend we will be at the MoCCA Festival in New York City at Booth K7 alongside our good friend Evan Dahm (Rice Boy).

The following week we are at the Toronto Comic Arts Festival, where we will be part of a panel (details will be available next week). MoCCA and TCAF are the release parties for Becky’s B9 art book that we just published, so we’re super excited!

This cross-over brings me no shame whatsoever. This week we are showcasing the middle evolutions of the three Capture Creature starter types: Axipoddle, Bon Bon Fire & Tabbypole! The first has just been posted over at CaptureCreatures.com.

We are about to hop onto a plane to Austin, Texas for the first time to help out a little with the Adventure Time gallery show that Mondo is hosting this weekend. We won’t be at the show, but you will be able to see Becky’s work online fairly shortly after the opening!

We have a big announcement still coming on April 23rd, the week we will be headed off to MoCCA in NYC to launch Becky’s B9 Art Book.

We have a big announcement due on April 23rd! Prior to that we are on a secret trip to Austin, TX that is for a different reason as well! Secrets! Conjecture! Speculation!

We also went back and did colour correction on the previous page of the comic and fixed a line we weren’t happy with!

Emerald City Comic Con was wonderful! Thanks to everyone in Seattle who came out and met us!

Our panel was a whole lot of fun. Huge thanks to Cory Casoni, Bryan Lee O’Malley, Joelle Jones and the musical contributions of Delta Bravo for making everything awesome. We were pleasantly surprised by how many lovely people were there to see us. Thanks for having us, Oni Press!

We have a busy couple of weeks coming up. Becky’s new art book through B9 is to be released at the MoCCA Festival in NYC and Toronto Comic Arts Festival. We also have a panel coming up for that! However, prior to those shows we’re off to Austin, Texas for the first time. The reason for this trip will remain mysterious… for now.
